Support Group for Parents with ADHD
A weekly online support group for parents with ADHD who are trying to hold it all together
Parenting with ADHD can feel like you’re always behind. You may know what you’re “supposed” to do and still struggle to follow through. The mental load builds. Things slip. It gets exhausting. This group is a space to talk about that with other parents who get it.

Who This Group is For
This group is for parents in NY or CA who:
Identify as having ADHD (formally diagnosed or self-identified)
Are looking for support, not a structured skills curriculum
Want a space that allows for honesty, nuance, and complexity
What We Do Each Week
Sessions are shaped by what members are dealing with in real time, rather than following a set curriculum. In each session, we may:
Talk through recent challenges you’ve faced
Explore overwhelm, guilt, and self-criticism, including the cycle of becoming quickly dysregulated, reacting in the moment, and then feeling regret afterward
Respond to and support each other
Reflect on patterns that start to become clearer over time
I’ll help guide the conversation to ensure there’s space for different voices and will offer prompts when helpful, but the group is not structured around weekly goals or skills training.
Common Questions
Will I need to talk every week?
You’re encouraged to participate, but you don’t need to speak every session. Many people find value in listening and reflecting as well.
How is this different from your ADHD Skills & Accountability group?
The accountability group is structured and focused on follow-through and goals. This group is more open and process-oriented, with an emphasis on emotional experience, self-understanding, and reducing pressure.
Can I join if I’m in individual therapy?
Yes, many people use group therapy alongside individual work.
What if I feel like I’m not doing as well as other parents?
That experience may come up in this group. Part of the work is noticing how those comparisons form, how they affect you, and making space to discuss how differences in ADHD and the ability to mask show up.
What is the group cancellation policy?
If you’re going to miss a session, please let me know. Payment is required for missed sessions to maintain group stability and your reserved spot.
How do I get started?
We’ll start with a 10-15 minutes consultation call to discuss what you would like to get out of the group and answer any questions that you may have.
