I’m gathering interest for a Wednesday group. Once enough people join the waitlist, we’ll finalize a start date and begin the next cohort.

Who This Group is For

This group is for adults in NY or CA who:

  • Struggle to start tasks or stay consistent

  • Lose momentum after the initial burst of interest

  • Want structured support beyond individual therapy

  • Feel alone or stuck with ADHD patterns

  • Want accountability that feels supportive rather than pressured

What We Do Each Week

The structure is repeated each week so you know exactly what to expect.

First half of session:

  • Review the goals you set last week

  • Notice what helped and what got in the way

  • Identify emotional and executive functioning patterns

  • Problem solve barriers with the group

Second half of session:

  • Set new goals for the upcoming week

  • Break goals into clear, manageable steps

  • Identify supports that increase follow-through

If time allows we have a short discussion on an ADHD-related topic. These conversations are usually woven into the goal work rather than handled separately.

What You Can Expect

  • More consistent follow through

  • A clearer understanding of your ADHD patterns

  • Less shame and isolation

  • Practical strategies for initiation and momentum

  • A supportive small group that helps you stay accountable

Instead of avoiding your inbox for weeks, you'll have a system for processing it in 10-minute chunks. That project you've been putting off for months? You'll break it into steps you can actually start.

Common Questions

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No, members can be self-identifying.

What if I do not meet my goals?
Not meeting your weekly goal provides us with helpful data to understand your particular challenges, which allows us to be even more effective in future strategies.

Will I need to talk every week?
Group members are expected to participate each week, but this can be brief check-ins if you prefer; you're not expected to dominate the conversation.

What kinds of goals do people set?
Work tasks, creative projects, home organization, health routines, paperwork, or anything that affects daily life.

Can I join if I am already in individual therapy?
Yes, many people use this group to complement their individual work.

What if I feel behind compared to others?
Everyone who joins this group does so because they could use help. Those areas of help may be different, but you’re among others who understand and want to support you.

What is the group cancellation policy?
If you’re going to miss a scheduled session, please let me know so other group members know what to expect. Payment is required for missed sessions to maintain group stability and your reserved spot.

How do I get started?
We’ll start with a 10-15 minutes consultation call to discuss what you would like to get out of the group and answer any questions that you may have.
