ADHD Skills & Accountability Group
Find support and structure
Living with ADHD often means having plenty of ideas and intentions, but struggling to follow through. You may start projects with energy and motivation, only to lose focus or feel stuck. This group offers a weekly space to reset, get support, and build momentum toward the goals that matter to you.
