ADHD in Practice

I co-host a monthly ADHD discussion group with Alisa Powers of The ADHD Center of New York. We bring together clinicians working across the lifespan, including those focused on children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Each session features a guest speaker who shares a specific perspective on ADHD, followed by an open, discussion-based Q&A.

This series grew out of ongoing consultation and shared clinical values between our practices. As ADHD specialists, we have found that thoughtful, case informed dialogue sharpens our clinical thinking, and this space extends that collaborative spirit to a broader professional community.

This is a neurodivergent affirming space that encourages clinical curiosity, thoughtful discussion, and nuanced consideration of ADHD and neurodivergence more broadly. Our aim is to deepen clinical understanding, expand perspective, and support therapists in providing ethical, developmentally informed, and context sensitive care.
